Science of the Blue Planet 13 December 2011
Introduction
The Oceans 2025 Science of the Blue Planet one day meeting will be held at the Institute of Physics, 76 Portland Place, London on Tuesday 13 December 2011. The meeting will highlight the 'big picture' research and technology achievements, impacts and implications arising from NERC's Oceans 2025 programme. The final part of the meeting will be dedicated to the launch of the Marine Vision and Priorities currently being developed by the NERC-supported research community.Meeting format
0945 - 1015 hrs: Tea/coffee, registration, set up posters
1015 - 1025 hrs: Welcome and introduction
1025 - 1530 hrs: Oceans 2025 presentations and discussions. Lunchtime posters.
1600 - 1700 hrs: Launch of Marine Vision and Priorities
1700 - 1800 hrs: Networking opportunity; posters

Registration
To apply to attend 'Science of the Blue Planet', please complete the registration form below. If number of applications exceeds available places, acceptance will be based on commitment to attend, date of registration, and balance of programme and stakeholder representation. A reserve list will be drawn and applicants notified accordingly. Note that speakers and poster-presenters also need to register.
